Return & Refund Policy


At ELORÉA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order:


1. Warranty Period

All products include a 3-month warranty from the delivery date.


2. Eligible Claims

Returns or refunds are only accepted in the following cases:


  • Product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Wrong item was received.



3. Proof Requirement

The customer must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue within the 3-month warranty period.

 

4. Return Process

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

 

  • Customers must return the item in its original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Customers cannot keep the product and receive a refund at the same time.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.


5. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

  • Personal preference
  • Size or color changes
  • Customer decision after delivery
